The Station

Service was great, both Mabel and Kelsey were amazing with the service. Food was great, if you get the fish and chips, I would recommend one piece fish as they are big. Plenty of parking, accessible entry and accessible bathroom. You can even watch the trains go by. There is a patio, and we plan to test it out on our next visit.

We were a family group of 9 who were celebrating a belated birthday. The staff were all wonderful to us. Mable was our main server, but when we stayed beyond the end of her shift (Kelly?) took over and finished off our time on an equally high note. Several of us had the fish & chips and we all agreed that the fries were outstanding! One of the Bowls (sesame?) was really enjoyed by three of our group.I live locally and have been here and enjoyed the patio during the summer. I would highly recommend stopping in and sampling the excellent food and service.

Two "specials" on the menu on the day we visited, my husband and I each chose one, and then shared. Both choices winners. Raspberry sauce as condiment for the pork schnitzel sandwich, served on great bread, elevated a simple sandwich to one prepared with imagination and delivering loads of taste. A very welcoming establishment, plainly friendly service, decor a charming mixture of sturdy tables and vintage chairs which added to a homey atmosphere. A floor to ceiling backdrop of a colourful hand-painted floral mural is all the decoration needed to enhance the space. Clean washrooms, good free parking available. Clearly, we are contemplating a return visit.

Was my first time here and I loved it ! The vibes were excellent, the service was excellent, and the meals were excellent ! The mural on the way is gorgeous and it’s just an awesome small country restaurant. Love to see the support of local breweries. The accessibility is great and so is the family-friendly bathroom, was very impressed w that aspect. Def will be back and def recommend !

Exceptional service, food, and atmosphere!Never been before, this is my first time and they made it the very best, I’m from brockville but I will continue to make the trip up to smith falls if this is the service they offer!If you’re looking for an amazing and outstanding breakfast and perfect customer service go to the station!Thank you to the waitresses and the cook, I left happy with a full tummy, thank you for kicking my Saturday morning off with a great start, you should be proud of the dedication you have to your customers and job.

We went here for a lunch date. I had the Rueben and my wife had the Chicken Club and both of us really enjoyed our meal. Service was excellent and the restaurant is clean with a good atmosphere. It is obviously someone has taken great care with the decorations and ambiance. There are some negative reviews about wait time, but our food came out in 10-15 minutes and the server checked up on us several times.

I have visited many times for breakfast and lunch and we always thoroughly enjoy the atmosphere and delightful menu options. Even menu items one might expect to be more simple or basic, have a yummy twist or creative approach. So awesome to have healthy options for those of us with restricted diets, too. The sesame salad bowl is awesome, burgers are thick and juicy, breakfast is a classic, you can't leave hungry. Finally treated myself to a couple dessert treats to go and I am so glad I did. Thank you for creating such a unique restaurant experience in the Falls. Can't wait to try the patio soon!
